Our Rental Office is located on Tropic Lane, which is directly behind The Other Place restaurant at the Carriage Hill Apartments Complex in Southwest Waterloo, Iowa. Follow ‘Tropic Lane’ (Street Lined with Garages) to the Gazebo. Follow the ‘Lease Office’ signs to the door marked ‘3322’ and up 7 stairs to Apt 5.
