This position will include a wide variety of maintenance activities relating to the general maintenance of all buildings and grounds. 

Responsibilities will include operating equip. including trucks, mowers and various tools and machines used for building and ground maintenance. 

Candidates must have a working knowledge of building trades, tools, materials and methods used for construction and maintenance of buildings and related equipment including a basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing & HVAC systems; at least two years experience in carpentry and general construction; must possess a valid driver's license and be bond-able. 

Hourly Pay Rate determined by experience.
