When calling (For Emergencies);

leave a message stating:

• your name
• your address
• your contact number
• the nature of the emergency.

Staff monitors the line and reviews all messages. 

A member of staff will call you back. 

Do Not Call Back Repeatedly.

By submitting a Maintenance Request Form, your are consenting to allow our maintenance staff or subcontractors to enter your residence without prior notice per maintenance request, during the hours listed above. No further notice shall be given

 All implied permission shall remain in force as long as the Maintenance Request is active or incomplete.
