ALL MAINTENANCE ISSUES ARE REPORTED IN WRITING--NO PHONE-IN REQUESTS ARE ACCEPTED
All non-emergency maintenance requests will be address between
8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday ~ Friday.
If you call the emergency line, leave a message. Staff monitors the line and
reviews all messages. If staff deems it an emergency, we will call you back
immediately. If staff deems the call a non-emergency, you will receive no
return call and you must submit a written maintenance request by using
the button above and completing the form or you may mail it in or stop
into our office and submit it in person.

By submitting a Maintenance Request Form, your are con-

scenting to our maintenance staff or subcontractors to enter
your apartment without prior notice, during the hours listed
above. No further notice shall be given.

All implied permission shall remain in force as long as the

Maintenance Request is active or incomplete.
